水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖工程是指為海洋和淡水設(shè)施設(shè)計和開發(fā)有效的水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖系統(tǒng)。該雜志的目標(biāo)是將基礎(chǔ)研究中獲得的知識應(yīng)用到商業(yè)運(yùn)作中。擴(kuò)大和應(yīng)用研究數(shù)據(jù)的問題涉及許多參數(shù)，包括物理和生物參數(shù)，因此很難預(yù)測單元過程和培養(yǎng)動物之間的相互作用。水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖工程旨在開發(fā)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖生物工程接口，歡迎在以下領(lǐng)域作出貢獻(xiàn):-水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖設(shè)施的工程和設(shè)計-以工程為基礎(chǔ)的研究工作-施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)-在職經(jīng)驗(yàn)，調(diào)試，操作-材料選擇及其用途-生物數(shù)據(jù)和限制的量化表達(dá)方式是靈活的，但是那些處理具體問題的論文應(yīng)該嘗試從系統(tǒng)工程、量化約束、提出解決方案、實(shí)現(xiàn)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計以及最后評估結(jié)果等方面對它們進(jìn)行清晰的定義。

Aquacultural Engineering is concerned with the design and development of effective aquacultural systems for marine and freshwater facilities. The journal aims to apply the knowledge gained from basic research which potentially can be translated into commercial operations.Problems of scale-up and application of research data involve many parameters, both physical and biological, making it difficult to anticipate the interaction between the unit processes and the cultured animals. Aquacultural Engineering aims to develop this bioengineering interface for aquaculture and welcomes contributions in the following areas:– Engineering and design of aquaculture facilities– Engineering-based research studies– Construction experience and techniques– In-service experience, commissioning, operation– Materials selection and their uses– Quantification of biological data and constraintsStyle of presentation is flexible, but those papers dealing with specific problems should attempt to define them clearly in terms of systems engineering, quantifying the constraints, proposing solutions, implementing and detailing the design, and finally evaluating the outcome.
