《水化學(xué)與技術(shù)》雜志主要關(guān)注水和廢水處理、水污染監(jiān)測、水凈化和類似主題。該雜志在以下部分發(fā)表了原始的科學(xué)理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)文章：水科學(xué)的新進(jìn)展；水處理和技術(shù)的理論原理；水處理工藝的物理化學(xué)；分析水化學(xué)；天然水和廢水分析；水處理技術(shù)以及水的脫鹽；水處理的生物方法；以及對最新研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)的重要評論。該雜志歡迎來自所有國家的英文或俄文手稿。所有的手稿都經(jīng)過同行評審。同行評議《水化學(xué)與技術(shù)雜志》是一本同行評議的雜志。我們使用單盲同行評審格式。我們的審查小組包括來自15個(gè)國家的80名內(nèi)部和外部審查員（50%）。2017年從提交到第一次決定的平均時(shí)間為45天，從第一次決定到接受的平均時(shí)間為90天。2017年提交稿件不合格率為40%。接受發(fā)表文章的最終決定由編輯委員會(huì)和同行評審員作出。受邀審稿人如因利益沖突，認(rèn)為不合格或不能審稿，應(yīng)及時(shí)通知編輯，拒絕邀請。審稿人應(yīng)以合理、合理的方式清楚地陳述自己的觀點(diǎn)，以便作者可以利用審稿人的論點(diǎn)來改進(jìn)手稿。必須避免對作者的個(gè)人批評。審稿人應(yīng)在審稿中指出：（1）作者未引用的任何相關(guān)出版作品；（2）以前出版物中報(bào)道的任何內(nèi)容，但未給出適當(dāng)?shù)膮⒖蓟蛞�用；�?）任何實(shí)質(zhì)性相似或重疊與其他手稿(發(fā)表或未發(fā)表)的個(gè)人知識(shí)。

Journal of Water Chemistry and Technology focuses on water and wastewater treatment, water pollution monitoring, water purification, and similar topics. The journal publishes original scientific theoretical and experimental articles in the following sections: new developments in the science of water; theoretical principles of water treatment and technology; physical chemistry of water treatment processes; analytical water chemistry; analysis of natural and waste waters; water treatment technology and demineralization of water; biological methods of water treatment; and also solicited critical reviews summarizing the latest findings. The journal welcomes manuscripts from all countries in the English or Russian language. All manuscripts are peer-reviewed.PEER REVIEWJournal of Water Chemistry and Technology is a peer reviewed journal. We use a single blind peer review format. Our team of reviewers includes 80 reviewers, both internal and external (50%), from 15 countries. The average period from submission to first decision in 2017 was 45 days, and that from first decision to acceptance was 90 days. The rejection rate for submitted manuscripts in 2017 was 40%. The final decision on the acceptance of an article for publication is made by the Editorial Board and the Peer Reviewers.Any invited reviewer who feels unqualified or unable to review the manuscript due to the conflict of interests should promptly notify the editors and decline the invitation. Reviewers should formulate their statements clearly in a sound and reasoned way so that authors can use reviewer’s arguments to improve the manuscript. Personal criticism of the authors must be avoided. Reviewers should indicate in a review (i) any relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors, (ii) anything that has been reported in previous publications and not given appropriate reference or citation, (iii) any substantial similarity or overlap with any other manuscript (published or unpublished) of which they have personal knowledge.
